Please be informed that August sittings will be held from 11th until 21st of August 2026 in Chełm (excluding August 14)* and from 24th until 28th of August 2026 in Warsaw.

*August 14, 2026 is a day off from office work.

The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.Making reservations for the August sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on August 3rd 2026, for both locations.

In August sitting in Chełm we can accept:

candidates with reservations and candidates for whom August sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 11th until 21st of August 2026 candidates without reservations from 11th until 20th of August 2026.

In August sitting in Warsaw we can accept:

candidates with reservations and candidates for whom August sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 24th until 28th of August 2026, candidates without reservations from 24th until 27th of August 2026.

Please be informed there is a queue ticket machine in the waiting room in Warsaw examination center. The tickets can be taken from 9.00 o’clock. Please follow the instructions given by the examination personnel.

We kindly ask that you cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend the sitting. This will allow other candidates to take advantage of the vacated slot. Reseravtion for a given day can be cancelled up until 8.00 am.

Attention:

On August 21st candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Chełm.

On August 28th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Warsaw.

The President of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Poland informs, that in connection with Article 3(4) of the Council Regulation (EEC) No 95/93 of 18 January 1993 on common rules for the allocation of slots at Community airports (OJ L 014 22.1.1993, p. 1, hereinafter as „Regulation 95/93”), consultations on introducing year-round slot coordination at Wroclaw Airport from the Summer 2027 season have started on 6 July 2026.

Please be informed that July sittings will be held from 7th until 17th of July 2026 in Warsaw and from 21st until 31st of July 2026 in Chełm. The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.Making reservations for the July sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on June 29th 2026, for both locations.In July sitting in Warsaw we can accept:

candidates with reservations and candidates for whom July sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 7th until 17th of July 2026, candidates without reservations from 7th until 16th of July 2026.

In July sitting in Chełm we can accept:

candidates with reservations and candidates for whom July sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 21st until 31st of July 2026 candidates without reservations from 21st until 30th of July 2026.

Attention:On July 17th candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Warsaw.On July 31st candidates without reservations will not be allowed to take exams in Chełm.

In June sitting in Chełm we can accept:

candidates with reservations and candidates for whom June sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 22nd until 30th of June 2026 candidates without reservations from 22nd until 29th of June 2026.

Please be informed that May sittings will be held from 5th until 15th of May 2026 in Warsaw and from 19th until 29th of May 2026 in Chełm. The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00.Making reservations for the May sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on April 27th 2026, for both locations.In May sitting in Warsaw we can accept:

candidates with reservations and candidates for whom May sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 5th until 15th of May 2026, candidates without reservations from 5th until 14th of May 2026.

In May sitting in Chełm we can accept:

candidates with reservations and candidates for whom May sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 19th until 29th of May 2026 candidates without reservations from 19th until 28th of May 2026.

In April sitting in Chełm we can accept:

candidates with reservations and candidates for whom March sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 3rd until 13th of March 2026, candidates without reservations from 3rd until 12th of March 2026.

In March sitting in Chełm we can accept:

candidates with reservations and candidates for whom March sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 17th until 27th of March 2026 candidates without reservations from 17th until 26th of March 2026.

Please be informed that January sittings will be held from 13th until 23rd of January 2026 in Warsaw and from 26th until 30th of January 2026 in Chełm.

The examination sittings will be held from 9.00 until 15.00. Making reservations for the January sittings will be possible from 9.00 a.m. on January 5th 2026, for both locations.

In January sitting in Warsaw we can accept: • candidates with reservations and candidates for whom January sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 13th until 23rd of January 2026, • candidates without reservations from 13th until 22nd of January 2026. In January sitting in Chełm we can accept: • candidates with reservations and candidates for whom January sitting is the last sitting they can attend within their exam from 26th until 30th of January 2026 • candidates without reservations from 26th until 29th of January 2026.
